Test results of using the Foveon sensor in the Sigma SD9.

Took the Sigma SD9 out for another weekend of testing in Arizona. Had been invited to Phoenix to give a lecture on digital photography as input for wide format inkjet printers. Here are some of the results of using the Foveon CMOS sensor which captures 100% of the Red, Blue, and Green colors. The Nikon, Fuji, Canon, and Kodak have to interpolate because their sensors are color blind. They can add only one color to each photo site; the other colors have to be guessed and recreated electronically.
